Welcome to this stunning villa located in the SW Cape Coral area, offering a prime location on a wide Gulf Access canal. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this villa boasts a spacious open living room filled with natural sunlight, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance. The master bedroom, located on the right side of the home, is a tranquil retreat with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. With pocket sliding glass doors, you can easily access the pool deck directly from the master bedroom. On the left side of the property, you'll find the well-appointed kitchen and two guest bedrooms. The guest suites feature a king bed and a queen bed respectively, ensuring comfortable accommodations for your guests. A shared bathroom with a tub/shower serves both guest bedrooms and conveniently doubles as the pool bathroom, accessible from the pool deck. Step outside to the southern-facing pool deck, where you'll discover a true oasis for relaxation and entertainment. The electrically heated swimming pool invites you to take a refreshing dip, while a covered lanai provides shade and features a dining table and six chairs for al fresco meals. Additionally, a comfortable lounge area is perfect for unwinding. Beyond the pool cage, the back deck offers more seating options, including a fire pit and another dining table with six chairs and a large umbrella. Enjoy the private beach area in the backyard, complete with a second fire pit, creating a cozy ambiance for evening gatherings. For a peaceful moment, head down to the dock and unwind on the built-in bench, shaded by a sun sail. Please note that the lower level concrete dock, boat dock, and boat lift are currently unavailable due to damage caused by Hurricane Ian. However, there are still plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of this exquisite vacation rental.
