This lovely vacation villa enjoys direct access to the Gulf of Mexico after a quick 20-minute canal cruise with no locks. The 3 bedrooms are furnished with one king, and two of them have queen beds. The main living area is tastefully and beautifully furnished with a recently added full HD 52" Sony Flat Panel Television featuring a Bose Home Theater System for great music and excellent surround sound. The open modern fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and all you will need for dining and entertaining during your stay. The swimming pool is solar as well as electrically heated and is framed by an oversized pool deck which offers plenty of lounge space. The deck also has two sitting areas. With its south facing swimming pool, the home gets the maximum amount of sunlight to heat the pool and make for unforgettable sunsets. The home is situated on an oversized lot which offers plenty of privacy with no direct neighbors. . Note: Garage is not available. Note: Boat lift is not available.
