This lovely vacation villa enjoys direct access to the Gulf of Mexico after a quick 20-minute canal cruise with no locks. The 3 bedrooms are furnished with one king, and two of them have queen beds. The open floor plan offers two inviting living rooms, one of which features a pool table and a fireplace. There is a den offers and guests are provided high speed internet access. The main living area is tastefully and beautifully furnished with a recently added full HD 52" Sony Flat Panel Television featuring a Bose Home Theater System for great music and excellent surround sound. The swimming pool is solar as well as electrically heated and is framed by an oversized pool deck which offers plenty of lounge space. The deck also has two sitting areas.
