Upon entering this gorgeous retreat, guests will be greeted by a bright entryway featuring a sitting room, a formal dining area, and direct access to the lanai through sliding glass doors. Immediately to the right is the master bedroom boasting a king bed, access to the lanai, and the master bath complete with a jetted tub! Make your way to the other side of the house and you will find a second bedroom with a queen bed. Continue down the hall and you will arrive at the last two bedrooms, the left containing a queen bed, and the right containing two twins and French doors leading to the living area. These two bedrooms are split by the bathroom at the end of the hall.
After a day of soaking up the sun at the beach or boating along the canals, take a cold beverage out to the lanai and kick your feet up as the kids splash in the pool and a show plays on the flatscreen TV. There is a sound dock that offers surround sound throughout the entire house and outside, so play some favorite tunes as you cook up a few burgers on the gas grill!
