Gather for meals around a glass dining table that seats four. Or head to the screened lanai, which has an outdoor table for six and a lovely view of the water. After dinner, stick around on the lanai, which has its own 30” flat-screen TV.
Enjoy fishing off the dock in a sweeping backyard landscaped with rocks and shells. After a morning by the water, cool off in newly constructed in-ground swimming pool or under the outdoor shower, then spark up the gas grill for an afternoon BBQ.
All three bedrooms feel bright and welcoming with a breezy tropical vibe. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and 40" wall-mounted TV. A spacious en-suite bathroom has two separate vanity areas, a walk-in closet, and a huge walk-in shower.
The second bedroom comes with two twin-size beds and a closet for guest storage, while a third bedroom has a queen-size sleeper sofa, a closet, and a desk area.

Arrange boating and fishing charters with Native Attitude Fishing Charters (a 5-minute drive). Or flit between specialty boutiques and art galleries in oh-so-tranquil Pine Island (a 7-minute drive) and Matlacha (8 minutes).
Local eateries are also within a 3-4 minute drive. Go for BBQ at Saltwater Smokehouse, head to El Pollo Rico for Caribbean, or swing by Hurricane Hideout and order beers with grilled seafood or a portion of chicken wings.
