Just a short drive from Matlacha, a vibrant island known for its Key West-style charm, and en route to Pine Island, this home offers convenience and proximity to exciting destinations. With ample space to accommodate up to 6 guests and a large fenced-in yard featuring Southern exposure, you'll find comfort and relaxation at every turn. Recently remodeled, the home boasts a large pool equipped with skin-friendly saltwater technology. For those seeking warmth, the pool can be heated electrically. The pool deck provides ample space for sun loungers and is enclosed by a screened cage to keep unwanted pests at bay. The spacious patio area features a section with comfortable lounge chairs and a dining table that seats 6, perfect for enjoying meals alfresco. Beyond the screened area, you'll find two paved sections—one for additional sun loungers and another with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs—ideal for cozy evenings outdoors. In the front yard, you'll discover several fruit trees laden with delicious offerings. When in season, you're welcome to pick and enjoy a variety of fruits, including lime, mango, logan (similar to lychee), avocado, guava, and fig. Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by well-appointed living areas designed for comfort and functionality. The entrance area features seating and a den, while a dining table with seating for 6 awaits to the left. The laminate and tile floors throughout are perfect for guests with allergies. The white kitchen is fully equipped and features an island with a breakfast bar, six stools, and a cozy breakfast nook for two. Opening up to the family room, you'll find a spacious sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV with a soundbar, creating an ideal setup for movie nights. The open-concept layout ensures that you can enjoy the company of your loved ones throughout the shared spaces. The home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a laundry room complete with a sink, washer, and dryer.
