This gorgeous waterfront home is perfect for a fun Florida getaway! This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home is great for a group of couples or a family. It is perfectly located in a tranquil neighborhood on a freshwater canal, providing you with gorgeous sunsets as this home has western exposure. This Villa is conveniently located near a variety of shopping centers, restaurants, golf courses, airports, and beaches. Once inside the house, you’ll be surrounded by tasteful interior décor with subtle beach-themed accents throughout. To the left, you will find the game room which offers a poker table and a variety of board games for all ages! You won't even miss any of your favorite shows as this room also features a large flat-screen TV with surround sound. We are sure this will soon become your favorite space and will be often used for a friendly game night! The open floor plan is ideal to keep everyone together as it combines the kitchen, living room, and dining room into one, large space. The living room offers comfortable furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a soundbar for your family and friends to enjoy a wonderful movie night. There is a desk available to use for those who need to get some work done while away from home. Of course, there is high-speed internet and wireless WiFi available to allow you to connect with the world with ease. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with anything you could need to make all your meals with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a large island with seats for the whole family to enjoy Sunday brunches!
