It is one of Cape Coral's premier and most desirable residential areas. It is only 5 minutes to the port. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are within walking distance. This holiday home is particularly suitable for families with children.
Our villa was extensively renovated until 2021. All furniture and appliances are new. All bathrooms, floors, and walls are new. No area was left untouched. The newly designed pool area is the highlight of this house. From the pool, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the canal. The orientation guarantees sun all day long on the pool deck. Nevertheless, the generously covered terrace area offers enough shade if you want it. Electrically heated, the pool brings the water to a comfortable temperature, which you can determine yourself, at any time of the year.
From the elegant, light-flooded living room (with a 60" TV) you can enjoy the view of the large pool, down the wide canal, and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely, creating a great inside-outside feeling.
In addition to the large master bedroom (42'LCD) with a king-size bed and walk-in closet, there is another king-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 queen-size beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a large bathroom with double vanity and a spacious shower. From the guest toilet with shower, you have direct access to the pool.
You also have the fantastic pool and canal view from the completely new kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, and microwave.
There is direct access to the pool from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and guest toilet.
Furthermore, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house free of charge.
Internet and cable TV are of course included.
