Our villa has a luxurious 235 m2 on 2 floors and a pool house. The villa is kept in a cozy style and yet modernly furnished. The house was partially renovated in April 2018 and now offers the latest kitchen appliances, floor coverings, and beds.
The main house has 3 bedrooms, of which the master bedroom on the first floor is a spacious master suite with its own bathroom and balcony. The two lower bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. From the light-flooded living room with a flat-screen TV, you have a view of the large canal and the pool area. From the new, modern kitchen you also have a pool and canal view. Our kitchen is equipped with the latest, high-quality appliances. From the living room and dining room, you get directly to the covered terrace area with a mosquito net and a great view of the lake. Here you will find a cozy lounge corner from which you can enjoy the sunset.
The pool house is spacious and has its own bathroom and separate access. Ideal for 2 families. The pool house has a separate lock and bathroom so that Villa Toscana can easily be shared by 2 families.
The pool area is spacious with enough sunbathing area to sunbathe. There is also a BBQ area for a cozy barbecue evening.
The environment is characterized by being family-friendly. You can walk to supermarkets, doctors, and parks. The Sun Splash water park or the Tropical Breeze Fun park (with bowling mini golf and laser tag) can also be reached on foot (3 minutes). Beaches such as Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach can be reached within a few minutes by car. The garage is specially designed to be very spacious. Arriving with your own boat and trailer is therefore not a problem.
