Presenting this amazing 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf access pool vacation home that is conveniently located in the popular South East Cape Coral vacation area.Only a short drive to delightful "Downtown" Cape Coral where you will find an array of fine and casual dining establishments bars, and shops. The nearest beach is at Cape Coral Yacht Club, just 10 minutes away by car, and Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island's beaches, which are about 30 to 35 minutes.
The homes interior boasts a tasteful interior décor along with an open floor plan seamlessly blending the living room and dining area. From the living area you will delight in the impressive views of the lanai and pool.
The master bedroom is situated off the living room and features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the lanai through the sliders. The attached master bathroom includes a walk-in shower, as well as a double-sink vanity.
The additional guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house, off the kitchen and dining room area. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the other offers two twin-size beds. They share the second bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination and two separate vanities.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need for dining and entertaining during your stay. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating will ensure you utilize this lovely part of the home (when you are not dining out at our fabulous restaurants).
Enjoy your company on the spacious lanai, which offers an idyllic waterfront view. The pool is heated by either solar or electric, according to your choice! The pool also has the coveted Southern exposure - (**PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub in photos is no longer available). For out door entertaining there is a propane grill, eat at the dining table by the pool and keep your drinks cool in the mini-fridge located on the lanai and you can even watch a game on the large flat-screen TV from the comforts of the outdoors.
In the garden enjoy a gane of bocce, lawn darts, ladder golf, badminton, or cornhole. and at sunset make your way down to the dock, where there is additional seating.
