Welcome to this retreat in beautiful St James City, Florida. We're located within Pine Island, known for our Mango, tropical fruits, water everywhere, and relaxing "Olde Florida" lifestyles. Getting here, you'll drive through the funky village of Matlacha with brightly colored buildings and homes, art studios, restaurants, and much more. While you'll feel so far removed from everything, you're just a short drive to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, beaches, and much more. Our home features over an acre of well-manicured lawn to explore, run play or just relax. Have an evening fire in our fire pit, grill out with our gas bbq grill or play cornhole and have some cocktails. Your neighbors? ... say hello to the horses next door and everyone is spread out to give you a great sense of privacy. Our home has an open kitchen with everything you'll need to enjoy a wonderful stay and prepare meals for your friends and family. Spacious living area, dining room, and screened lanai with comfortable seating. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level, each with queen-sized beds. The downstairs has additional seating and sleeping with two additional queen-sized beds and a full bathroom. We'll look forward to welcoming you to our St James City oasis soon!
