The beautiful home has tile and wood floors throughout. The main living room has comfortable leather couches and a flat panel Samsung HD-TV with great views out to the swimming pool. The kitchen provides an island with bar stools and a sub zero stainless steel refrigerator plus built in microwave and oven. Take advantage of the upstairs cocktail bar and patio as the perfect location to slurp on a cocktail while watching the evening sun set over the water.
