This property is set in a wonderfully remote and private area of Chappaquiddick, Cape Cod, yet only two miles to the Chappy ferry. Both the main and guesthouse are situated on a pristine spot of John Oliver Point with 360 degree spectacular views of Nantucket Sound with your own private beach. Inside you will experience sheer comfort with four bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms on the first floor and comfortable living space on the second floor where you experience Chappy in all its splendor, either on the screened porch or the wrap around decks. Fully equipped with kayaks, two sunfish sailboats, widgeon day sailor, paddle board, swim platform, mooring and outhaul. This truly is a place of peace and getting together with family and friends on the island of Martha's Vineyard. There is a stretch of beach that you travel on to arrive at North Neck where the property is located, therefore we recommend that you have a four wheel/all wheel drive vehicle to get to this property.
