The entire log structure of this lodge depicts a masterpiece of environmentally conscious craftsmanship with fallen Montana timbers of lodgepole pine and spruce trees. Tucked away in the trees, at the end of a cul-de-sac with wetlands on the east side of the home, this lodge feels like a private mountain retreat, yet is only a 5-minute drive to town and just steps from the ski slopes on the 4 O'clock Ski Run. In summer, walk to town on the ski run that connects to the Back to Gondola Run. Watch carefully and you will probably see a moose or two. Spectacular mountain views await from the sunken great room, with its cathedral windows, large rock fireplace, and comfortable seating. Step out to the sunny south-facing deck where you can enjoy alfresco dining, a grill, a custom-made gas log fire pit, and a hot tub to enjoy under the stars. A galley kitchen has professional appliances and overlooks the dining and great room. An elegant dining area seats 10 on the same level as the great room. A spacious king ensuite room is on the main level with a deep jetted tub and shower with dual showerheads. Up the custom log staircase is the master king ensuite with a gas stove, TV, and deck access.
