A well-equipped galley kitchen has plenty of counter space for preparing family meals with high-end appliances and bar seating for chatting with the chef or coffee in the morning. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, and a 1-bay garage with parking for 2 cars total. Parking is strictly enforced by the HOA - no parking is allowed on the street or in snow storage areas. Four-wheel drive is recommended during the winter months.
