The main level consists of the kitchen, great room, and dining area in a large, open space with plenty of bright Colorado daylight shining in and abundant space for everyone to gather around. A convenient powder bath is located off the great room. Aspiring chefs of all levels will enjoy getting creative in the gourmet kitchen which boasts two ovens, two dishwashers, two sinks, gorgeous granite countertops, a gas cooktop, wine refrigerator, and professional-grade, stainless appliances. The adjacent dining area seats 11 at the table, with six more seats available at the kitchen bar so everyone can dine together comfortably. After dinner, retreat to the great room end enjoy sprawling mountain vistas, a gas fireplace, large smart TV, and plush sectional sofa. Step outside onto the expansive 1,600 square foot deck and experience the natural beauty that surrounds you and picturesque mountain views with views of Lake Dillon in the distance. An exquisite master king ensuite room is situated on the main level and features a king bed, TV, deck access, and private ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and a large walk-in steam shower. You’ll also conveniently find a washer and dryer in the spacious closet. A second king bedroom is also on the main level. On the upper level, you’ll find a cozy loft area with a billiards table, smart TV, and twin sleeper sofa. Retreat to the lower level of and discover a cozy rec room with large smart TV, shuffleboard, and wet bar. Adjacent to this space you’ll find a small den with a foosball and arcade game table and access to the private outdoor hot tub. The garage offers a convenient area in one of the bays with benches, boot warmers, and ample space to prepare for the day’s adventures. An apartment, convenient for extra space, with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa, is located above the garage and accessible from inside the home.
