Upon entering the residence you will directly access the ski locker room with benches, boot dryers, and a convenient water station so you can fill up your water bottles before taking off for the day.
The lower level is the youngster's den and consists of not one but two spacious bunk rooms, each with private ensuite bathrooms...The massive and fully equipped laundry room round out this level.
Lets now enter the lower main level. This is where you will find two-bedroom suites, one of which is wheelchair friendly, and the gym with a treadmill, recumbent exercise bicycle, free weights, a bench, and a second built-in water station.
A delightful sitting area is situated just outside the gym featuring floor-to-ceiling windows offering a quiet place to meditate while enjoying magnificent mountain views. Take a few steps to the upper main level where you’ll find four additional bedroom suites, one of them a large family suite, and another laundry room with two washers and dryers.
The upper level is the heart of the home and has been artfully designed for entertaining and taking in the jaw-dropping mountain views. The recreation room features a large granite slab island with a built-in bar fridge and seating for 10+, billiards table, ping pong, foosball, wet bar, gas fireplace, large sectional sofa, and a TV. Take a few steps and you will enter the professional-equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, great room, and dining area that blend seamlessly under soaring vaulted ceilings. Expansive views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort and the National Forest can be enjoyed through the wrap-around floor-to-ceiling windows and the 3-sided glass fireplace just adds to the stunning area unmatched by any other home in the area. Two decks, each featuring a private hot tub and a gas fire pit means that large groups will feel that they have an abundance of space and privacy at their disposal.
Additional amenities include a 3-bay heated garage with parking for six cars total and an EV charging station for electric/hybrid vehicles.

This home offers complimentary Guest Shuttle Service that runs from mid-November through mid-April between the hours of 7:30 AM until 5:30 PM.
