The Bedroom is furnished with a Queen Size Bed and includes a walk in closet. A Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, a Gas Fireplace and a Dining Area fill out the open floor plan in this 610 sq. ft. condominium. Pets are OK and there is a $50 non-refundable fee per pet, per reservation. A Full Size Kitchen and a Full Size Bath complete this comfortable unit. Indoor Parking, and Free WiFi are amenities available with the building. A short 3 min. walk gets you to the lifts, shops and restaurants of Center Village. This unit is perfect for the cost conscious small family, or anyone looking for a cozy unit right on the slopes of Copper Mountain! One parking space per condo available on-site. Overflow parking may be available. Contact the rental management company to request a parking permit for overflow parking. Paid parking lot rates fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand. Overflow parking is not guaranteed to be available.
