Spend an exhilarating day carving the powdery snow at the Breckenridge Ski Resort or take a short bus ride to historic Main Street in Breckenridge and enjoy the shops and local eateries. LIVING AREA Open to the kitchen, the living room offers two comfortable sofas, a 60” flat screen TV, wall art, and sliding door access to the patio. KITCHEN & DINING The well-stocked kitchen features a plenty of counter space and full range of stainless steel appliances from Kenmore and GE. Handy extras include a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. When it’s time to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for five. BEDROOMS & BATHS This condo includes three bedrooms that sleep up to nine guests total. Four full bathrooms are stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries. You are the royalty of the castle in this home’s master bedroom. Located by itself on the third floor, it features a plush king bed, 60” flat screen TV, and views of the woods and mountains beyond. Access the master bath via a large walk-in closet. Freshen up in the walk-in shower. A second bedroom offers two queen beds, a 45” flat screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom provides two twin-over-full bunk beds, one additional twin trundle, and a 45” flat screen TV. A third bath has a tub/shower combination. The fourth bath includes a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREAS Play yard games in the open backyard bordered with tall pines. Fire up the gas grill on the patio and relax on two chairs. EXTRA AMENITIES Guests at Claimjumper Condominiums have access to a shared indoor/outdoor heated pool and hot tub, clubhouse, and a recreation center. Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. THE LOCATION Walk across the street to the Breckenridge Recreation Center or take a short bus ride to Breckenridge’s historic Main Street for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Your condo is situated right on the bus route and is only one stop away from the gondola. The area also offers plenty of summer sports including mountain biking, rock climbing, fly fishing, hiking, and zip lining. Kids of all ages will appreciate the GoldRunner Coaster and alpine slide. When dining out, try Hearthstone, a charming restaurant located in an old Victorian home with breathtaking mountain views. Parking Notes: Parking is available for two veichles directly in front of unit #23. You must park your vehicles in tandem in the single long parking spot provided. Parking passes are required and provided in the unit upon arrival. To avoid neighbor complaints, please be sure you are parking in the assigned spot. Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
