Stunning Bay views in the morning of the lanai while sipping your coffee and Gulf views and sunsets in the evening while sipping on wine or cocktails in the Crow’s Nest without the expense of being ‘beachfront.’ Take a short stroll down to the marina with a restaurant and bar right on the bay or take a bottle of Skyfall wine to the beach across the street and watch the sunset. All four bedrooms and has been freshly remodeled and refurbished in a glamorous and tasteful fashion. The Master Suite offers a king bed with newly furnished décor, mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and spacious walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom has dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed and walks out French doors to a porch, and the 2nd guest bedroom have a full-size bed and walks out French doors to the same porch. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds with an All-American theme and great for kids and adults alike! A second full bathroom with a combination shower/tub is adjacent to the bedrooms. All bathrooms have make-up mirrors and the living room are equipped with Smart TVs and WiFi internet throughout the house. Top-line appliances are in a fully functional laundry room conveniently located next to bedrooms. The second floor has an open floor plan living room and kitchen and a separate dining room. A bright white kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary needs, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an eat-in kitchen counter for four people. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner as you walk out two sets of French doors on the large screened-in lanai with bay views. A second large screened-in lanai has an additional sitting area and gas grill for your family barbeque as you walk out the French doors off the conveniently placed dining room. Looking for a little privacy? The top floor Crow's Nest is perfect for private time.
