The villa is located on the north side of Kralendijk, on just a few minutes driving distance. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spread out over multiple levels, which gives the villa a very dynamic feel. The spacious, open kitchen is well equipped with a large American fridge, oven and diswasher. Take a dip in the ocean, go snorkeling or diving, using your private pier to get in the water. Relax under the gazebo on your private beach or look out over the sea from the beautiful infinity pool. The swimming area also provides a beach bar, where you can have drinks and enjoy the cocktails in your swimming suit! Spot dolphins and watch the sunsets from one of the terraces.
Ground floor: When entering the villa, you walk into the dining area and luxurious kitchen. On the ocean side you can find the living area with TV and sliding doors opening up to a terrace. On the front side, there are 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom and a walk-in-closet. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning.
First floor: Going up the stairs, you can find the 2 master bedrooms. Both have their own bathroom and walk-in-closet. In both bedrooms you can find sliding doors opening up to the shared balcony.
Basement: Following the stairs from the terrace on the ground floor, or walk via the outside, you enter the basement level of the villa. Here you can find the garage with laundy room, a separate toilet and the beach bar!
Outside: Here you can find the stunning infinity pool. There is also a private beach with gazebo. You can enter the water here using the beach or the private pier.
