Contemporary home that has the best of island living! This home is situated directly across from the Gulf of Mexico and its own dock on Bocilla Lagoon. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom retreat has a great floor plan! Two stories, a large living, dining, kitchen area with a den on the first floor. Upstairs you have a master with a jacuzzi tub, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, another guest room with a queen bed and a full bathroom. There is also another den to hang out in. The spiral staircase that leads to the loft, has a trundle bed for that extra guest. This home also boasts screened and open air decks with more fabulous views. Large gas grill and plenty of parking.
