Location! Location! The Centennial Lodge is located at the base of Beaver Creek and is walking distance to lifts, boutique shops and restaurants in Beaver Creek Village. The Vilar Performing Arts Center is a 6 minute walk and your just minutes to the Beaver Creek Hiking Center, Nordic Center, Golf Course and the Chapel at Beaver Creek. Enjoy the modern ambiance as you enter this 2 level condo on the main level. This level features a full bath, living room with wood burning fireplace and west facing mountain views. The living and dining room, with seating for 6, are combined in one open space, while the kitchen is tucked in near the dining table and features bar seating for 3 guests. Feel at home while creating meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining room features a sliding glass door that opens up to a balcony with seating for two, a bbq grill and scenic mountain views. Retreat to the upper level and relax in the privacy of the bedrooms. The spacious master is located to the left and furnished with king bed, writing desk, love seat, flat screen TV and en suite bath with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. Too the right will be the 2 Guest Rooms. Bedroom 1 will feature a king bed, flat screen tv, ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A large balcony is shared between Bedroom 1 and 2 with gorgeous mountain views. Bedroom 2 has two Twin over Twin bunk beds, flat screen tv, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The laundry room is conveniently located on the landing next to the three bedrooms. This comfortable condo sleeps 8 in 6 beds. Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort. —ADDITIONAL INFO— Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time. Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time. *No Pets Allowed *No Smoking Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental properties. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges.. Your damage deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited and an additional $350.00 fee may be charged for Ozonation if smoking in the unit is detected. *Must be at least 25 years old to book *No events, parties, or large gatherings Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort. All of our rental properties are in private, residential neighborhoods or condominium complexes. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office.
