The Vilar Performing Arts Center is a 6 minute walk and your just minutes to the Beaver Creek Hiking Center, Nordic Center, Golf Course and the Chapel at Beaver Creek. Enjoy the modern ambiance as you enter this 2 level condo on the main level. This level features a full bath, living room with wood burning fireplace and west facing mountain views. The living and dining room, with seating for 6, are combined in one open space, while the kitchen is tucked in near the dining table and features bar seating for 3 guests. Feel at home while creating meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining room features a sliding glass door that opens up to a balcony with seating for two, a bbq grill and scenic mountain views. Retreat to the upper level and relax in the privacy of the bedrooms.
