This multi-level, five bedroom townhome is a wonderful retreat in the Highlands area of Beaver Creek. It is an ideal place for families to gather as it has a great room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, game table, dining room, and a spacious, open kitchen. The great room and private deck overlook the pool with views toward the hills surrounding Beaver Creek to the east. Our guests enjoy year-round access to the outdoor pool and hot tubs at the lodge as well.
SKI ACCESS: From the second level of the home simply walk out the door from the ski room to find yourself on the bridge connecting you to the green Cinch run. Ski on down to Beaver Creek Village or Ski School and back to this point at the end of your ski day!
From the main entrance or the two car attached garage, guests can choose to go up one level or down. If down you’ll find yourself in the first bedroom with a twin bunk bed, pull-out sleeper sofa, small game table, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom.
Head up one level to find two guest bedrooms as well as the main ski entrance and ski room. One bedroom has a queen bed with its own en suite bath, and the other bedroom has two twin beds, also with its own en suite bath.
The third level of the home houses the Jr. Master Suite with a king bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bath with walk-in shower.
The fourth level is where you’ll find the main entertainment area of the home. The kitchen has granite countertops, state of the art appliances, a wine fridge, as well as breakfast bar seating for three. The dining room can accommodate six guests and the living room has a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, game table, and deck with a gas grill and pool views.
The upper most level of the home is where you’ll find the Master Suite. It has a king bed, flat screen TV, as well as its own en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, dual vanity, and walk-in shower.
