This residence is ski-in/ski-out through the building's common area and ski access to the Elkhorn lift is subject to snow conditions. Guests will appreciate partial Strawberry Park views from the patio (with BBQ), and the convenience of staying in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, with ski-in access from Strawberry Park and ski-out via the skiway to Elkhorn Lift. An outdoor, heated pool, hot tubs, a fitness center and theater with 3D TV and surround sound are also available. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. The European-style Villa Montane townhomes are located in the heart of Beaver Creek village. Guests are just across the street from shopping and dining, as well as an ice-skating rink and the Vilar Performing Arts Center. Skyways located just steps from the ski locker room provide ski-in/ski-out access to and from the Elkhorn Lift and the slopes. Outside, the heated pool, hot tubs, and comfortable lounge chairs entice skiers after a day on the slopes. Just off the lobby, a fitness center awaits those who want an extra workout, and a movie theater, furnished with stadium-style lounge chairs complete with cup holders.
