This bunk room has a door for privacy, and its own 55” SMART TV and Sony Playstation 4 (PS4) Pro video game system. The second floor welcomes you to an open living space spanning the house from the street side to the Gulf side with sweeping Gulf views, perfect for large family gatherings.An 86” SMART TV can be enjoyed as well as Gulf views from the expansive balcony. Built-in Sonos speakers are an extra and much appreciated feature. The fully equipped equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an ice maker.
