This luxury vacation home boasts stunning panoramic Gulf views and was completely renovated and remodeled and enjoys 50 feet of private beach and complimentary beach service. The private beach in front of the home can be accessed from the first or second floors. Enjoy high-speed WiFi throughout, and on the beach. Three king suites are located on the first floor and every bedroom is equipped with a 55” SMART TV and plush memory foam mattresses for a great night's rest after a day spent basking in the sun! The first king suite features stunning Gulf views from the large sliding glass doors and balcony. It connects to a private bathroom. The second Gulf front king suite offers stunning panoramic Gulf views from massive, direct balcony access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third king suite offers a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a twin-over-twin built in bunk room. This bunk room has a door for privacy, and its own 55” SMART TV and Sony Playstation 4 (PS4) Pro video game system.
The second floor welcomes you to an open living space spanning the house from the street side to the Gulf side with sweeping Gulf views, perfect for large family gatherings.An 86” SMART TV can be enjoyed as well as Gulf views from the expansive balcony. Built-in Sonos speakers are an extra and much appreciated feature. The fully equipped equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an ice maker. This spacious floor plan is perfect for entertaining, and apres beach gatherings.
The third floor is home to the magnificent master suite that faces the Gulf. Relax with a movie on the 65” SMART TV, while still surrounded by Gulf views! The private bathroom also features Gulf views as well as a 7-foot walk-in shower with two shower heads, complete with a luxury rainfall shower head, and a stand-alone soaking tub. You will never want to leave this master suite! The next third-floor King suite features a 55” SMART TV, private bathroom and walk-in shower. Also located on the third floor is a unique bunk room, decorated in shiplap, with a built-in full-over-full bunk bed and is furnished with a 55” SMART TV, as well as an Xbox Series X with subscription.
