FIRST FLOOR features: Two story Great room includes 3 new leather sofas, 55 inch big screen TV, DVD, & Stereo with an input for your I-pod or Andriod device. DINING ROOM has table seating for10, there is a matching "same" game table close by with seating for 5 more and bar counter seating 2 additional. The bunk room on the main floor has two sets of bunks (4 twins) and a small leather sofa, flat screen TV so the little ones can have their own space. A full bath is located off the main floor hallway. The main floor Master bedroom (1 of 2 master suites) with a comfortable king bed, private bath, flat screen TV, table & chairs for 2, and glass doors to the private outdoor pool. The pool features water fall spill overs and optional heat. A poolside courtyard includes outdoor fireplace (FOR SMALL CHARCOAL ONLY FIRES), gas grill, custom table with seating for up to 14. There is an additional seating area surrounding court yard fireplace. There is an outside wash down shower located just outside the courtyard area. Steps from the courtyard leads to an upstairs sunning deck with 6 lounge chairs. SECOND FLOOR features: The Master bedroom suite with king bed features an in suite sitting area with flat screen TV, a spacious private bath including large tile shower, spa tub, dual sinks, glass French doors to the sunning deck. The sunning deck overlooks the private pool & courtyard and is appointed with sun lounges and chairs with steps leading down to the private courtyard. A beach theme decorated bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds is located off the second floor hallway with TV. Another large bedroom with king, seating for 2 and flat screen TV is also upstairs. A small private bunk mini bedroom with bunks (2 twins), flat screen TV, and DVD player is located off the second floor hallway, the ‘Mouse House’ on the floor plan. Across from the full bath in the large second floor tiled hall is an area with dresser, large mirror and lights that can be used for hair drying or a makeup. BEACH ACCESS: It is a short 3-5 minute walk to our private Emerald Waters beach access via a pedestrian friendly walk from the front door to the sugar sand beach with beautiful emerald Gulf of Mexico water. The beach is a deeded area with a private coded access gate to enter.
