An open living room and kitchen area on the second floor of the home. It features floor-to-ceiling windows that provide plenty of natural light to fill the room. There is also a balcony with outdoor dining that is perfect for taking the dinner you made in the wonderful, gourmet kitchen onto the deck for al fresco dining. You couldn't ask for a better dinner view! There is combined seating for 11 at the dining table and breakfast bar to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen also has premium stainless steel appliances and dazzling granite countertops. There is a guest room with a king bed on this floor that has private balcony access and a private bathroom attached. The third floor of the home hosts the final 2 guest rooms and a top-floor covered balcony.
