This home is located in the neighborhood of Seacrest Beach North - right between the communities of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It is about a 5 minute walk to the12,000 sq. ft. neighborhood pool and a 6 - 7 minute walk to the neighborhood's beach access. The neighborhood offers a tram/shuttle service to take you to the beach or the pool! Just call the tram/shuttle number, and they will be at the tram stop right by the house!
