Thirteen bedrooms offer sleeping accommodations for up to 40 guests in this gated estate and the pool area features a full bar complete with a flat-screen TV, sink, two gas grills, and seating for eight. Marble countertops and ample cabinet space with lighting gives the ultimate luxury feel in this inviting space. A gas stovetop and convection oven will make preparing your family feast an absolute breeze! Looking to have a formal dinner? No problem! The formal dining area is just off the kitchen and features a large dining room table with seating for 14 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the dishes you’ll need to host a beautiful family meal. Family game night is a must in the fully furnished game room, complete with a flat-screen TV, pool table, sitting area, and bar with a kitchenette. On the first floor, there are sleeping accommodations for 17 guests in three bedrooms. A bunk room is furnished with two full-over-full bunk beds, a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a daybed. A king suite features a private bathroom and access to the back patio with a firepit and sitting area. The third bedroom is furnished with a king bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a private bathroom. Along with the living space, four bedrooms are located on the second floor. A king suite with a private bath and balcony provides sleeping for two.
