With the beach access just steps out the back door and a community pool this custom built home has everything your family could wish for. Enjoy the magnificent sparkeling Gulf waters from the entire first floor of this magnificent residence. The first floor boasts floor to ceiling windows framing views out to the beach and the Emerald green waters. The kitchen is chef quality with a 6 burner Thermidor gas range with a griddle, double Wolf ovens, two warming drawers, a full-sized Sub-Zero refrigerator and a full sized Sub-Zero freezer. There is a dining table for 10 and kitchen island seating for 8. Step out to the beach side patio from the main living spaces and enjoy the seabreeze and a table for six! Just off the kitchen is hallway that leads to the laundry room, a powder room, a guest bedroom and doors leading to the boardwalk. Outside the side doors you will find two outdoor showers with hot and cold water to rinse the sand off. The bedroom on the first floor is a bunk room with one twin over twin and one single twin, sleeping 3 guests total. The entrance into the home is through a private courtyard where you can find a propane grill and by the entry door in the foyer is a half bath. Take the elevator up to the second level where four bedrooms are located, the house sleeps 21 guests total! Enjoy the first gulf front master suite complete with a kings size bed, private en suite and private balcony. The views from this master bedroom are stunning! The en suite bathroom has his and her sinks, a walk in shower, soaking tub and TV. Next to this first master is a office area with gulf views in case anyone needs to get a little work done while vacationing. The second master suite also has a king size bed and private en suite as well as a crib for the little ones! This en suite bathroom has two sinks and a tub/shower combo. There is a queen guest bedroom with gulf views and a private en suite complete with a single sink and glass enclosed shower. The last guest room is off the second floor on a split level and is a large living room/rec room space with 3 twin over twin bunk beds, a queen sleeper sofa and a full size bed in the loft accessed by stairs - sleeping 9 guests. This rec room is the perfect hang out for kids! Lastly there's a third floor loft with a wet bar and sunning balcony! Enjoy the endless views of the beach while catching some FL rays!
