Here you’ll find tasteful upscale furnishings include a new sectional sofa and chair with multiple pillows for comfort. It’s the perfect place to enjoy viewing the large flat-screen TV. Multiple bar seats face a granite counter-topped bar that is a perfect spot for entertaining while savoring appetizers. This bar provides a rich accent to the custom cabinetry that adorns the gourmet kitchen. Modern stainless steel appliances and a well-equipped kitchen make it easy to create a fun family feast. Nearby is the dining area with eight metal-framed chairs that are chic and contemporary. They grace the long glass-topped table that sits beside a set of sunny windows. A lovely Guest Bedroom with a queen-sized bed has access to the full hall bathroom that doubles as a powder room. There is also a washer and dryer located on this floor.
In the lovely landscaped back yard, a tiled patio surrounds the lagoon-shaped 10x20 foot private pool where you may enjoy a refreshing plunge. There is ample seating by the pool to enjoy a revitalizing tropical drink or head to the newly added Tiki Bar and use the blender for your favorite frozen drink! A gas grill is also available to create your own version of a Surf ‘n Turf meal and dine poolside.
Upstairs you will find two Guest Bedrooms, as well as the Master Bedroom Suite. One of the Guest Bedrooms and the master has their own private balcony, a great place to enjoy morning coffee or catch up with your favorite book. The spacious Master Suite with a large king-sized bed also features its own luxurious bathroom with a double sink, a deep oval-shaped tub, and a separate glassed-in shower. The Second Guest Bedroom on this same level is a Kid’s Suite with a pair of full/twin bunks. This room shares a full bathroom with the other lovely guest quarters which has a queen-sized bed. Every bedroom in this rental home has new wall-mounted flat-screen TVs and is beautifully decorated in its own distinct style with an eye toward comfortable, elegantly refined appointments.
This wonderful Miramar Beach location is convenient to just about everything…with new grocery, pharmacy, and wine shops all within walking distance, along with the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. In addition, popular beachfront restaurants are minutes away on Scenic Gulf Drive.
