This newly renovated four-bedroom Miramar Beach vacation home can accommodate up to 16 happy beachgoers. It is also just a short stroll away (with no roads to cross) from the crystalline bright beach and jewel-toned waters of the glittering gulf. The gracious setting embraces you with Floridian flair due to the lushly landscaped surroundings adorned with palm trees that border the entrance of this hospitable home. Newly completed recent refurbishments include comfortable furnishings and décor that provide a contemporary serene ambiance with a little beach chic thrown in for fun. A seating ensemble is centered on a fireplace topped with a flat screen TV and includes a pair of latte colored couches, both convert into a queen size sleeper sofas. On the other side of this open light tiled living area is a rectangular dining table with eight light blue nautically inspired "beach" chairs for dining. Four additional matching raised chairs sit beside the modern kitchen that has a sleek black granite bar for serving favorite tropical drinks and savory snacks. The kitchen has rich maple toned custom cabinetry, wraparound counter space and gleaming stainless steel appliances with everything you need to create that fun family feast. One of the comfortable Guest Bedrooms is on the first floor with a queen size bed and access to a full hall bath. This bath doubles as a convenient powder room and a place to shower off from the private pool. Out back a large lagoon shaped swimming pool has a large paver tiled patio for leisurely lounging that has been recently expanded. Two matching pool cabanas complete this private watery oasis that is highlighted with palm trees. The first floor level also includes a columned covered porch overlooking the pool. A table with chairs sits nearby where you may enjoy drinks or poolside dining. You may view this pool and the expanded patio from the romantic upstairs balcony that is right off the Master Bedroom Suite. The Master Bedroom includes a king size bed, a fireplace, balcony access and a full luxury bath en suite. Another Guest Bedroom includes a charming metal-framed queen size bed and shares a full bath with a kid's bunk room.
