This recently renovated vacation residence is tucked away along Blue Mountain Beach exudes charm offering a coastal comfortable chic. Stroll to the beach access that leads down to the glittering Gulf of Mexico. This vacation compound is comprised of a main house and a Guest House and may accommodate a total of up to 16 guests. The architectural design seamlessly dovetails a rustic cozy look with state-of-the-art modern amenities and again, coastal comforts. There are full kitchens in both the main house and guest house with separate living spaces for family gatherings. Gleaming stainless steel appliances and large granite-topped kitchen islands in each one come with multiple stools for dining, drinking, and snacking. The main house is home to a sparkling pool. There is an outdoor Tiki Cabana Bar with seats, a stainless steel gas grill, and a Wet Bar. This allows you the pleasure of enjoying your favorite drinks and a fun family feast poolside. A Fire Pit is available for use beside the seasonally heated pool for occasionally chilly nights. Rich multi-toned hardwood flooring flows throughout the interiors with matching wall accents. A large flat-screen TV is provided in the main living area for entertainment while new wall-mounted TVs are in each bedroom. Each of the five bedrooms is individually decorated in a charming cottage style for laid-back living. The Master Bedroom has a full luxury bath en suite with two raised square sink vanities, a soaking tub in an alcove as well as a walk-in shower with magnificent marble tile work completed in creams and grays. Sleeping quarters include a king-size bed in the Master Bedroom, queen-size beds in two Guest Bedrooms along with a queen-sized Futon and queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Guest House has a queen-sized bed, a twin-day bed with a twin trundle, and another queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Blue Mountain Beach is where you will enjoy a sugary white beach as well as amazing restaurants, a bakery, and an ice cream shop. This locale is in the heart of the wonderful world of Scenic 30A in South Walton. Main House: First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen with Bar Seating, Powder Room, Laundry.
