The convenience of the Hickory Street beach access, leading to a public beach, allows for easy trips to and from the house throughout the day. Moreover, the Seagrove Village Market and Surfing Deer restaurant are within a quick walk, and the Timpoochee Trail bike path, spanning the length of Scenic 30A, is right at your doorstep. With your car parked at the house, there's little need to use it for the duration of your stay. The home itself boasts numerous highlights, starting with the extensive renovations, which included all new furniture, completed in February 2020. It's a mere 160 feet from the beach access, making it just a minute's walk to the sun-soaked shores. You're also just a 5-minute walk away from the vibrant community of Seaside. The house sits one lot back from the iconic Scenic 30A and provides beautiful Gulf views from the third-floor master suite and balcony. Parking is never a hassle, with two spaces in the driveway and an additional two in the garage. Inside, the dining accommodations cater to eight guests at the table and three at the bar. A well-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary endeavors, while newly installed hanging tree lights in the backyard create a charming atmosphere for evening entertainment. For those who love to grill, a propane grill is available, with propane provided. Of course, the private heated pool is a highlight, offering the perfect place to relax and cool off. If you wish to heat the pool, this feature is available for an additional fee. The pool heater requires 24 hours to reach an optimal temperature of 83-85 degrees, so please contact Reservations in advance to arrange for this service. As for sleeping arrangements, this vacation home comfortably accommodates 13 guests across its 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The layout is as follows: On the first floor, you'll find one bedroom with a king bed and a large shared bath, as well as another bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk and a shared bath. The second floor includes one bedroom with a twin/twin bunk and a bath. This floor also houses the kitchen, living area, and dining area. Finally, on the third floor, you have two bedrooms: one with a king bed and a pull-out queen sofa, and another with a queen bed. These bedrooms share a large bath. To enhance your stay, four adult bikes are at your disposal, allowing you to explore the beauty of Seagrove Beach and beyond at your leisure.
