Welcome to this exquisite coastal modern luxury vacation home that has been beautifully refurbished! This five bedroom beach home can accommodate up to 16 guests. Nestled right on sandy shore with unobstructed views of the jewel toned waters of the glittering gulf of mexico. Nestled in the upscale and much sought after Frangista Beach community. The first floor is at beach level with a double set of glass doors off one of the spacious newly completed Master Bedroom Suites. They lead out to a refreshing plunge pool patio with seating that overlooks the gorgeous gulf. Here you may enjoy jaw dropping views of the beach and surf.( enjoy these sparkling views from the comfort of your king sized bed). This room has access to a full hall bath that also serves a Kids Guest Bedroom with crisp white ship-like bunks with two queens and two doubles. A wall mounted TV and arcade game table will keep them entertained at night. The living area on the second floor is beautifully decorated with wood floors, plush comfortable seating and wall of floor to ceiling glass doors that extends out to another beachfront balcony.The massive 75 inch smart TV is a great place to gather for movie night.The granite-topped bar granite that faces the open kitchen outfitted with top of the line stainless steel appliances. A lovely guest bedroom on this level has a Juliet window balcony and access to a full hall bath that doubles as a powder room. The main Master Bedroom with an en-suite luxury bath is on the top floor with a massive set of glass doors that lead out to the private balcony again with glorious beach views. A big king sized bed beneath a colorful abstract of sailboats has views of the gulf and large wall mounted TV. Another king bedroom is also on this level with access to a full hall bathroom. Frangista Beach has an exclusively gated lushly landscaped oasis that features a sparkling freshwater community pool that’s a flip flop walk away from the residence. Enjoy being within walking distance of the popular Pompano Joe's restaurant and The Whale's Tail, which are right down the beach.
