Located just a short walk from a nearby public beach access point, you'll have the luxury of enjoying two neighborhood pools, biking trails, and breathtaking views from one of 30A's most famous beaches. Please note that parking is limited to 2 cars only, as there is no overflow parking available.
Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a luminous and open common area on the first level. The dining room provides seating for 10, while an additional 5 seats are available at the breakfast bar. The spacious and beautifully designed chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for cooking and dining. This level also features a Master King Bedroom with a private bath, as well as a convenient washer and dryer. Outside, the back patio offers a gas grill and an outdoor shower, while the front porch sitting area allows you to soak up the sights and sounds of Seagrove Beach with a heartwarming smile.
Moving upstairs to the second level, you'll find three Master King Suites, each with its own private bath. Additionally, there is a Twin Bunk room on this level and a balcony that provides spectacular views of the surroundings.
The third floor is dedicated to the kid's den, where you'll find two sets of twin bunk beds and a trundle bed. The pull-out Queen sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements or simply extra lounging space.
Seagrove Beach itself is known for its thick grove of oak trees that line the shoreline, giving it its name. Today, you can still appreciate the same natural beauty that inspired its name.
