Stunning BRAND NEW luxury vacation home boasting the most beautiful accommodations. This contemporary custom home, recently constructed is located in a prime location at the first beach tram stop. With 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms. This magnificent residence has ample space for multiple indoor, outdoor spaces. The main floor is home to the living room home to a 75" Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you will need during your visit including Viking appliances--a gas stove and two refrigerators. The beautiful breakfast bar has seating and there is a spacious dining table that looks out over the pool. The living room space is very open with 12 foot ceilings and windows looking out to the entrance of the Seacrest pool. There are two grilling areas, one is right outside on the downstairs porch so you can be in the middle of everything, the other is on the third floor porch. Also on the downstairs floor is a bedroom with a King bed, a private bath with a double vanity and an oversized shower. Upstairs, the Master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool, a King bed and a daybed for lounging, or perfect for a younger one that wants to sleep close by. The large Master bath has a double shower, double vanity and a soaker tub. Each of the other bedrooms have a King bed and a private en suite bath with custom tiled, oversized showers. On the third floor is the bunk room, which is huge, has 6 bunks, giant bean bags to rest on and an enormous TV! This floor also has a tremendous porch with a grill and a refreshment area with a sink and refrigerator to keep your snacks and beverages close by. You will have plenty of room to watch TV, entertain, relax and take in the sights and sounds of the pool area down below. There is even a giant swing to hang out on! Sonos is available in the common areas of this home for your music selections. A laundry room on the second floor with two washers and dryers is there for your convenience. For your little ones, there is a pack N play, a high chair and baby gates for the stairs.
