The second floor offers the true master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second floor also has a third bedroom with a queen bed and a fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds that share a third full bath. Completing this wonderful home is a third story bonus bunk room and a fifth bedroom with a set bunks and a twin and a shared half bath on top of the world! Located in the private, gated Seashore Village Subdivision in Seagrove Beach, your family will all be entertained. If you choose to venture out, the bike paths will take you around scenic 30A to Rosemary or Seaside where you will find dining, shopping, and adventure. * Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer season. * Parking for 4 cars. * Complimentary beach service; 2-chairs/1-umbrella; set up Spring thru Fall only (weather permitting) * Sorry, no pets allowed.
