Perfect for family reunions or couples travelling together, this home lets everyone spread out or gather together. Gulf views from the top three floors including the amazing roof deck with its flying bed and wet bar, this home also offers a Sonos music system, TV’s in every room and wireless internet. The huge pool is the largest private pool in the area, measuring 30x15 + 11x18, and includes a poolside kitchen and a beach volleyball court. During winter months, the pool can be heated for an additional fee. There is even an elevator, meaning accessibility for all.
Main House - First Floor: Elegant foyer anchors the open stairwell and looks out towards the fabulous pool area. King bedroom with private shower bath. Twin bedroom (feel free to move the beds together to act as a king!). Hall shower bath. All of the bedrooms offer LED TV’s, elegant bedding, bedside tables with lamps, dressers and closets. All bathrooms offer quartz countertops, elegant tile choices and three have rain head walk-in showers.
Second Floor: Large king master bedroom has a private balcony outfitted with cocktail table and barstools as well as a large private master bath with his / hers vanity sinks, soaking tub and marble-tiled shower. Laundry room with front loading washer and dryer. Hall shower bath. Bedroom with queen over queen bunk as well as a separate queen bed. Off the second floor landing is a porch overlooking the pool with four rocking chairs.
Third Floor: The main living area, dining room and kitchen are on this floor to offer the best gulf views. The comfortable living area has a sectional sofa with lounger, love seat, side chair, LED TV. The large dining table seats ten. Open concept kitchen has a breakfast bar, granite countertops, custom cabinets, stainless appliances by Thermador and KitchenAid. Powder room. Balcony off living area has outdoor dining and a built-in cushioned settee that can be made into a lounging area. Amazing gulf views!
Roof Deck: This is the pinnacle of the home and offers views over all of the other homes towards the beach and Gulf as well as nearby Rosemary Beach. There is a wet bar with fridge and TV, flying bed for relaxing in the breezes, built-in booth with cushions and all-weather wicker chairs and cocktail height table with four chairs. Great place to relax and toast the sunrise or the sunset.
West Wing - First Floor: The “West Wing” is adjacent to the pool area. It is accessed either from the pool area or from a side door if rented separately. Living area overlooks pool through the wall of sliding glass doors and features a queen sleeper sofa, 75” LED TV for watching the big game and a Blu-ray. The kitchen has granite counters, and smaller sized stainless appliances. Powder room. Private patio with outdoor dining table.
West Wing - Second Floor: King master bedroom has a private bath with his / hers vanity sinks and shower plus a private balcony. Second bedroom with queen over a queen bunk. Hall shower bath Laundry closet.
