This 4 bedroom / 4.5 bath luxury home occupying one of the most tranquil beach streets in the area. Only 400 meters from our world famous beach where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Enjoy a scenic walk along the beach boardwalk. Take the golf cart to the beach, shopping, or award winning restaurants located just a block away. The large heated pool is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic area. This property is near Destin Florida’s main attractions including nightlife, golfing, fishing, shopping and more. Enjoy the open concept living area, 3 King Beds, wood plank tile flooring, crown molding, 8' interior doors, Quartz countertops, custom cabinets, large tiled showers, a brick paver driveway, designer furniture, two covered balconies and a back patio. The home is provided with one golf cart. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver) We include four lightweight beach chairs for you to take to the beach. Home Layout: Level 1: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | sleeper sofa (sleeps 2) | Laundry Room, Garage, Rear Patio With Propane Grill. Level 2: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Living Room with sofa, ½ bath and kitchen. Level 3: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Two sets of twin bunks with private bathroom (sleeps 4). You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's. Owners will consider guests who wish to bring small Dog please speak to local agent to inquire as to our pet fee and policy for your fur babies. The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles. Please Note: No RV's, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed. Pool is heated from Nov - March.
