Take the bikes to the neighborhood Gathering Place with pools and playground, the Seaside food trucks, or down to the beach. Grab some popcorn and enjoy a family night in front of the big screen tv, fully equipped with surround sound. Kids will enjoy the game room featuring an XBOX console! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened back porch and watch the sunrise over the beautiful Point Washington National Forest. At dusk, relax and unwind as you watch the sun set over the neighborhood fountain from the front porch swing.
