The living room seats seven around a 62” Samsung flat-screen TV with additional seating for ten at the dining room table, and four at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is large and provides its guests with all the essentials and some exciting extras. Top-of-the-line appliances include a Subzero fridge, a Wolf 6-range gas stove with dual oven and grill, and a steam convection oven. An ice-maker and wine fridge are lovely additions to the already stocked kitchen.
Each bedroom in the home is well above average in size and style. A master bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a king bed, private access to the patio and pool, and a massive walk-in closet that leads to the attached bathroom. The bathroom is outfitted with a dual sink vanity, jetted tub, and stand-alone, thermostatic shower.
Walk up the extravagant staircase to the second floor where you’ll see a bar in the hallway for guests. Four guest bedrooms and a bunk room are located on this floor, as well as a route to the guest house.
The third floor is home to the exquisite master suite, complete with a common area living room and fully equipped kitchen. This area is like no other with plenty of space for a large family to relax and take in the amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The guest house offers sleeping arrangements for four guests in a twin suite with two twin beds and a king suite. A built-in dining room table and fully equipped kitchen give guests everything they need.
The breathtaking views from the patio and pool area will ensure a lifetime of wonderful memories. An infinity pool complete with in-pool, lounge seating invites you in on hot summer days.
