Upon entry, you’ll find yourself in an open floor plan living space with a formal living room and a secondary seating area separated by a formal dining area. Each room has access to the deck through double doors and the wall of windows makes for a stunning view from anywhere in the living space. The dining room table seats 10 with additional seating on the deck and the kitchen island. The kitchen also features top-of-the-line GE Profile appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and marble counter tops. There is also a king bedroom on the first floor. This room shares a bathroom with the main living area.
The second floor of the main house is where you will find three more bedrooms. The hallway opens to the master bedroom through double doors and the view of the ocean immediately catches your eye through balcony doors. This room has a private bathroom and balcony access. There is also 2 king bedrooms on this floor, each with a private bathroom and balcony access. The views are endless!
The carriage house can be accessed through the side of the home and features a living space with sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and king bedroom, as well as a bathroom and private balcony. The kitchenette has everything you’ll need, including a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher, and stove.
