This lovely updated 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath vacation rental home sleeps 16 guests & offers a private pool (that can be heated for an additional fee), outdoor lounge area, grilling station (perfect for family BBQ's), guest house, & beach access just a short walk to the beach! This gorgeous, 2-story updated vacation rental home is updated & beautifully decorated. Immediately upon entering you will feel that 'vacation mode' switch on as soon as you are greeted by the private pool & patio area tucked between the main house & the guest house. As you set foot into the main house on the first floor you are greeted with an open & updated floor plan. The living area offers plenty of seating, an HDTV, & a sofa sleeper. Just beyond that, you will find a dining area that seats 6, as well as a breakfast bar that seats 4. Enjoy waking up with a cup of coffee from the Keurig machine & make breakfast in this beautiful kitchen with granite countertops & stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal! A half bath can also be found off the common areas on the first floor. As you make your way past the kitchen, you will find the master king suite with its very own private patio, HDTV, & private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Lastly, back across the pool area, in the guest house, you will find a king suite with a mini-fridge, a kitchenette area with a sink & coffee maker, & a private bathroom (walk-in shower). All bedrooms feature their very own HDTVs. This vacation rental, also, conveniently offers a washer & dryer in the home & sleeps up to a total of 16 guests.
