The upstairs master suite features a covered private deck with a porch swing bed for relaxing after your day at the beach. The in room coffee maker, offers you the perfect way to start your day. And the white marble bathroom with generous soaking tub is the perfect way to end your day. This home is nestled between Alys Beach (on the West side) and Rosemary Beach (on the East side). Community Amenities ~ Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and ample lounge chairs to relax in.

Parking
The Round Up has a two-vehicle driveway.
On-street parking for vehicles is available on a first come, first served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. On-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hang tag. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations.
