On the second/main floor, you’ll find an open concept floor plan, which includes the kitchen, main living area and the dining room. This floor features two king suites—one offering a shared bathroom with a glass-front shower, and the other featuring a private bathroom with a shower and separate spa tub. The third and final floor has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master king suite with private bathroom with a shower and spa tub. The other two sleeping quarters are a king suite with private bathroom with a glass-front shower and a bunk room with two sets of built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The fourth floor observation deck offers stunning Emerald Coast views, perfect to enjoy with a morning coffee or evening cocktail. At the end of a fun beach day, enjoy the beautiful outdoor kitchen featuring a spacious stone pool deck, lounge chairs, an inviting spa, and a large crystal clear private pool which can be heated seasonally from October 1 to May 1. The outdoor kitchen features a large, built-in gas grill, a sink, and plenty of space for food prep.
