The kitchen features granite counters & stainless steel appliances with dining room seating for up to 9 people, including breakfast bar seating for 3. You will find the first-floor guest bedroom styled with a queen bed, flat-screen tv & access to a full bath with a custom tile shower. The first-floor guest bedroom also has convenient access to the courtyard, where there’s an outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet after a long day at the beach.
Heading up to the second level, the stairwell flows into another media room with a flat screen tv and comfy beanbag chairs.
