With 2 luxury master suites on the 3rd floor, one Gulf side the other Northside, there is a retreat for all. The 3rd floor also features a bunk room with 2 twins over twin bunks. Just downstairs on the 2nd floor, you will find another king guest room with a shared bath. And on the ground level, there is a king guest room with a private bath, a bunk room with 2 sets of twin over twin bunks. One of the awesome features of this floor is the game room! With a ping pong table, arcade and TV area, this is the perfect hang out spot!
Up the stairs to the second floor, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen offers a wraparound layout and plenty of storage space, along with all utensils needed to create your own meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with a table that seats eight guests. There are also three additional bar stools by the breakfast bar near the kitchen. The living area features a flat-screen television perfect for family movie nights after a long day at the beach. Step outside where there is an elevated porch with a gorgeous view of the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. There’s chairs and tables on the porch so you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of sangria at sunset.
The third floor is dedicated to the 2 king master suites and a bunk room. Continue up to the fourth floor, you will find a small loft area with seating and a beautiful view of the Gulf.

There is a grilling area, perfect for a family barbecue.
