The main three-story house overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf Coast and features 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.
The first level of the home is where you will find the gathering and entertaining areas. includes an entertainment area and a bar with stainless steel appliances, plus a indoor spa with windows that face the Gulf. The first floor also is home to a steam shower that doubles as a sauna and first floor access to the elevator.

The second floor is home to the modern, fully equipped kitchen, with a granite countertop island, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and a separate walk-in pantry! The third level of this STUNNING beach house features three guest rooms, two with king beds and private bathroom. The third guest room has twin bunk beds and a private bathroom. The master suite is also located on the third floor and has a king bed with amazing views of the Gulf and a bathroom. There is a washer and dryer on this level. The luxurious master bathroom suite has an soaking tub, large stone shower, and double vanity. The views from the wrap-around balconies are quite simply breathtaking
Each side of the carriage house has its own kitchen with granite top counters and stainless steel appliances. Relax in the open living space with plenty of seating and sleeper sofas. As you continue to the two bedrooms, one features a king bed as the other has handmade wooden queen over queen bunk beds each with trundle beds.
The carriage house A and B units are identical, mirror-images in their floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom each, for a total of 4 additional bedrooms and 2 additional baths. There are sleeper sofas in each living room at the carriage house for additional space. Each side has it's own washer and dryer and kitchen!
