The main three-story house overlooks the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf Coast and features 4 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The first level of the home is where you will find the gathering and entertaining areas. includes an entertainment area and a bar with stainless steel appliances, plus a indoor spa with windows that face the Gulf. The first floor also is home to a steam shower that doubles as a sauna and first floor access to the elevator. A laundry room with washer and dryer conveniently located on this floor. The second floor is home to the modern, fully equipped kitchen, with a granite countertop island, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and a separate walk-in pantry!
