Upon entering this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation rental home, you are greeted with high ceilings and beautifully arched doorways in the foyer. Off the foyer, you will find a spacious sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa and a lovely dining area. Continue though the spacious living area with a sleeper sofa and you will discover a place where you can relax and gather with family and friends. Enjoy an abundance of natural lighting and a view of the private pool area.
Furnishings include a sectional sofa that doubles as a sleeper sofa for two and a large flat-panel television. The casual eat-in kitchen offers seating for two at the bar and includes a table for four. If you have larger party, you will find the formal dining room can accommodate six guests.
The large Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and offers access to the pool area. A private bathroom is attached and features a deep soaking tub, over-sized shower, dual vanities and a walk-in closet. Across the living area are three more bedrooms.
Two bedrooms include queen-size beds while the third is outfitted with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds and a flat panel television. The bathrooms have tub/ shower combinations that are extra deep so you can bathe all the little ones at once or simply soak and relax after a day in the sun.
Step outside onto the large pool deck. Throw your local catch on the stainless grill and enjoy a meal outdoors under the harbor-covered eating area. Spend the day soaking in the sun and splashing in the pool. Pool is 12x26. (Pool heating is not available)
Gulf Pines is conveniently located in close proximity to the shopping, dining and entertainment districts of Sandestin, including The Village of Baytowne Wharf and Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall. You will be just a short drive away from Destin Commons, Big Kahuna’s Water Park and HarborWalk Village in Destin.

HOA RULES Guest are able to park a maximum of 5 vehicles in the driveway per the HOA. including garage. Additional parking is not available. Boats, Trailers and RVs are NOT allowed to be parked at this home. Tents and Canopies not allowed per HOA.
